Hallo alle miteinander,

an diesem Wochenende wäre es soweit gewesen – wir alle hätten zusammen eine wunderbare Zeit in Berlin verbracht. Mit viel Musik, Alkohol und tollen Menschen.

Leider kann dies nun nicht so sein und der Berlin Shake ist das erste Festival, das aufgrund des Corona Virus abgesagt bzw. verschoben werden musste.

Wir würden aber trotzdem gerne am kommenden Wochenende mit euch feiern, indem wir hier über Facebook eine “Berlin Shake Online Party” veranstalten.

Alle DJs, die für den Berlin Shake gebucht waren, werden euch mit 30-minütigen Sets unterhalten. Außerdem wird John Lewis aka Johnny Bach mit einem Liveset dabei sein.

Stattfinden wird das alles am SAMSTAG, den 11. April in der Berlin Shake Facebook Gruppe, so dass es für alle Interessierten unkompliziert zu finden ist und ihr nicht darauf angewiesen sind, immer nach dem nächsten Stream zu suchen.

Hello, everyone,

this weekend would have been the time – we all would have had a wonderful time together in Berlin. With lots of music, alcohol and great people.

Unfortunately this can’t be the case now and the Berlin Shake is the first festival that had to be cancelled resp. postponed due to the Corona Virus.

But we’d still like to celebrate with you next weekend by having a “Berlin Shake Online Party” here on Facebook.

All DJs who were booked for the Berlin Shake will entertain you with 30-minute sets. Furthermore John Lewis aka Johnny Bach will be joining us with a live set.

All this will take place on SATURDAY APRIL 11 in the Berlin Shake Facebook group, so that it’s easy to find for all interested people and you don’t have to search for the next stream all the time.

BERLIN SHAKE NEWS FLASH

Dies ist die Ankündigung, von der wir bis zuletzt gehofft haben, sie nicht machen zu müssen. Aber aufgrund der Ausbreitung des Corona Virus, der damit verbundenen Gefahr der Ansteckung und Erkrankung und nicht zuletzt wegen der offiziellen Entscheidung des Berliner Senats sämtliche Clubs / Konzertveranstaltungsräume zu schließen, sind auch wir leider gezwungen zu reagieren:

Der Berlin Shake 2020 findet nicht statt!

Es wird auch in diesem Jahr keinen Nachholtermin geben, da derzeit nicht absehbar ist, wann sich die Situation wieder normalisiert. Der nächste Berlin Shake ist somit für Ostern 2021 (02.04. – 04.04.2021) geplant.

 

Tickets

Die gekauften Tickets behalten automatisch ihre Gültigkeit für den Termin im kommenden Jahr. Ihr müsst euch also um nichts kümmern, falls ihr vorhabt, auch 2021 dabei zu sein.

Falls ihr eure im VVK erworbenen Tickets zurückgeben wollt, dann könnt ihr dieses direkt über unsere Ticketdienstleister abwickeln. „Tickettoaster“ und „cts“ werden sich dafür mit euch per E-Mail in Verbindung setzen.

Habt ihr ein Ticket in einer der bekannten VVK-Stellen erworben, so wickelt diese die Rücknahme ab. Das gilt auch für die Hardtickets.

BERLIN SHAKE NEWS FLASH

This is the announcement that we hoped to the last that we would not have to make. But due to the spread of the Corona Virus, the danger of infection and illness and last but not least due to the official decision of the Berlin city government to close all clubs / concert venues, we too are unfortunately forced to react:

The Berlin Shake 2020 will not take place!

There will be no catch-up date this year either, as it is currently not foreseeable when the situation will normalize again. The next Berlin Shake is therefore planned for Easter 2021 (02.04. – 04.04.2021).

 

Tickets

The purchased tickets automatically remain valid for the date of the next year. So you don’t have to do anything if you plan to be there in 2021.

If you want to return your tickets purchased in the advance ticket sale, you can do so directly through our ticket service providers. Therefore “Tickettoaster” and “cts” will contact you by email.

If you have purchased a ticket at one of the known pre-sales offices, they will handle the return. This also applies to hard tickets.

Am Samstag gibt es dann die geballte Ladung Rock’n’Roll mit den Hi-WINDERS. Hier am Gesang, the one and only “WILDFIRE WILLIE” Jan Svensson. Am Ostersonntag kommen dann alle Tänzer auf ihre Kosten, wenn RAY COLLINS’ HOT-CLUB das Festival furios beschließen wird.

Außerdem haben wir für euch eine tolle Mischung aus internationalen Top Acts wie den SURESHOTS, den BARNSTOMPERS und ROY THOMPSON & THE MELLOW KINGS sowie eine Schar an Youngstern, wie BARNY & THE RHYTHM ALL STARS, CAT LEE KING AND HIS COCKS, LIL’ LEW’S NOISY BUNCH sowie den LOUISVILLE BOPPERS, die allesamt derzeit die Szene aufmischen. Und schließlich noch zwei weitere internationale Acts, die gerade richtig durchstarten, nämlich die THE NITE HOWLERS aus Frankreich und – ebenfalls jung und unverbraucht – RAMPAGE aus Großbritannien.

The line-up for the Berlin Shake #4 is now complete and it’s time to share who will go on the stage of the Heimathafen for you at Easter 2020.

The headliner on Friday will be JOHNNY BACH & THE MOONSHINE BOOZERS, so none other than JOHN LEWIS and DARREL HIGHAM. Rockabilly at it’s best! On Saturday there will be a big load of Rock’n’Roll with the Hi-WINDERS. Here at the vocals, the one and only “WILDFIRE WILLIE” Jan Svensson. On Easter Sunday all dancers will get their money’s worth when RAY COLLINS’ HOT-CLUB will close the festival furiously.

Furthermore we have a great mixture of international top acts like the SURESHOTS, the BARNSTOMPERS and ROY THOMPSON & THE MELLOW KINGS as well as a bunch of youngsters like BARNY & THE RHYTHM ALL STARS, CAT LEE KING AND HIS COCKS, LIL’ LEW’S NOISY BUNCH and the LOUISVILLE BOPPERS, who all are currently draw attention scenewide. And finally two more international acts that are just about to take off: THE NITE HOWLERS from France and RAMPAGE from Great Britain.

This year the Berlin Shake will be opened with an official Welcome Party. This will take place at the Flame Diner.

Live on stage RICKY FABIAN & THE RED HOTS will be seen and heard. Furthermore the two English DJs STEVE STACK OF WAX and CRAIG SIMPSON will play the hottest vinyl for you before and after the show.

Bring your advance sale tickets with you, because you can already get your wristbands for the weekend this evening. That way you won’t have to wait in line for the entrance at the Heimathafen.
